Bulan march berlalu dgn pantasnyer spt mana duit2 aku menyusut kluar dr kepompong usang dan lapok..march last month our cntract expired then end march juga kami kluar dr 41, headford grove, Sheffield. Pindah k 34 headford mews n 200m away from previous address...
Bnyk 'cut the crap' dok d 41 headford grove ni dr yg best..1st masuk July 2009 with no available cntract signed...kononnya nk cukup stahun previous tenant spy x kn denda then kami pulak smptla carik available bdget for deposit...langkah kanan tuk previous tenant n lankah kiri tuk kami...they got fully 100% refunded cost £825...good to hear that...then July kami replacing them with no valid cntract till September for 6 month cntract...
Untill feb 2010, we hope to continuing our cntract another one year...tp apa leh buek, landlord just back from Australia n nk stay kt Umah tu...oret, we just accept dgn redha n telus..after 20 days moving out from the properties, landlord request lak cost of damage £390...pergh meletop telinga aku dgr...it's unfair for us..!!!!bygkan the previous tenant x kena pape then kami yg most responsible with thus damages...kalu org putih ckp ' fuckin ellll'..tp kami pulak 'astaga..'.....grrrrrrr,, tension n deppressed with the sitution n need to face it ...
Hari ni aku accept claims landlord dgn hati yg xikhlas langsung...nk fight pun x guna n buang masa cz it's just amount of money yg boleh n mmpu aku carik lagik...morale of the story till this paragraph "never report verbally, u need write by email or proper letters" it's just to prove n as evidence for outcoming futures which is we don't know....what? When? Where? Whose?!!!!whatever!!..
Perhaps, every month we need to pay £100 over or more n nothing less for the water bills...pergh mmg x leh thn....cnclusion ' carikla Umah yg Ada fix water bill' or used wisely....
X bisa juga tuk kami pndah k kmpung2 yg lain, sbbb org mlayu kata 'asal bisa tegal biasa'...mksudnya dah biasa dok dokat ngan university n dah x jln dah dok jauh2 la ni..lg pun lg stahun stengah to go....
Semoga kehidupan kami dipermudahkan pd masa hadapan...sesungguhnya anak2 kecil kami ini memerlukan pjagaan yg smpurna..insyaAllah 'Ayah Akan pastikan'...
